Our adventure started out with a 2.5 mile hike into an alpine lake for C & P to have their ceremony and exchange vows. As they stood before each other and exchanged their heartfelt vows, the natural beauty of Glacier National Park created an atmosphere of profound significance, tranquillity and intimacy.
As we began to hike the 2.5 miles back to the parking lot the sun got lower in the sky and began to light up the mountain peaks surrounding us with a gorgeous gentle alpen glow. We headed to another location in the park for sunset where C & P celebrated their union with some brews, and we stayed out until the stars and moonlight began to illuminate the mountain peaks.
